What is your return policy?
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.U.A.E. returns are free, but international return shipping fees apply. Once processed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Returns may take up to 5 business days to be processed at our warehouse. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, track your return using the courier’s website. Once confirmed, refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, but may take up to 10 working daysdue to processing times. Shipping,customs fees are non-refundable.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Calling is recommended for faster assistance, as email response times may vary. Due to our fast processing times, we cannot guaranteecancellations once an order has entered our system.
Please note that customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Additionally, refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to misuse.
How do I make a return?
We make returns and exchanges simple! Try your purchase in the comfort of your home, and if you need a different size or a refund, let us know—we’ll arrange a collection from your home, workplace, or an alternative address.
How to Return or Exchange
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to follow these steps:
- Log in to "My Account"
- Go to "My Returns" and select "Return an Item" (or "Returning a Gift" if applicable).
- Select the items you wish to return and specify the reason.
- Your order will be collected and shipped back to us.
- Once received and verified by our Customer Service team, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit if preferred.
- Returns take 3-7 business days to process after arrival at our facility. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is issued. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank.
Returns - Personalized item
Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a mistake in the customization or a product defect.
If we made an error or the item is faulty, we will cover all return costs and provide a replacement immediately.
Does My Little Thieves pay for return costs?
Your satisfaction is our priority! To ensure a stress-free shopping experience, we offer free returns in the U.A.E for changes in size, color, or preference. If your order isn’t what you expected, we’ve got you covered.

Can I return items bought on sale?
Sale items can be returned. We want you to be satisfied with your product and have the opportunity to open the package and look more closely at the product no matter if it is bought on sale or at full price.
Offers that generate a discount when you shop for a certain amount does not apply if you decide to return items. You will not be able to keep your discount if the items you keep add up to an amount lower than the threshold.
I have not received my refund yet. What should I do?
As soon as your return is processed and approved, you will be refunded to the payment option you specified when purchasing. It may take up to 5 business days for our warehouse to process your return after it has arrived at our warehouse. All item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your return, we recommend that you trace the return label on the couriers website.
If you have received a confirmation email regarding your return a refund will be made shortly. It will take 3-5 business days for your money to appear on your account.You will receive a refund without applicable taxes and duties when returning your purchase, although, the local customs fee is non-refundable.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Just want to exchange to another size?
There’s no cost to exchange your purchase in the U.A.E.If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.
